Review Guard

How billing works
One billing date
A monthly plan renews on the day of the month you ordered; an annual plan once a year. You get a reminder before every renewal.
Add more any time
An add-on bought later is charged only for the days until your billing date, then renews together with everything else — one charge, one invoice.
Card or bank transfer
Pay by card, or — for companies on the annual plan — by bank transfer against a proforma invoice.
Invoice every time
Every payment comes with an invoice by email. Croatian companies receive an official e-invoice (eRačun).
Pricing questions
Are prices with VAT?
Yes — prices are the final amounts. For customers in Croatia they include 25% VAT. EU companies with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge), and so are customers outside the EU.
What does one license cover?
One location — a hotel, restaurant, venue or shop. Each location has its own review page, cards and analytics; one account can hold as many locations as you need.
How does Review Guard billing work?
There is no subscription. When a guest gives a neutral or negative rating, they are invited to leave private feedback for you instead — that's one filtered review, €0.99. It needs a payment card: we charge it once your filtered reviews add up to €10 (all locations together), so small amounts don't turn into lots of tiny charges. If you stop using Review Guard, what's left is charged on the 1st of the next month. Nothing filtered, nothing to pay.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time in the app — your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for and then simply doesn't renew.
We're a hotel group — is there a contract option?
Yes. For larger groups we also offer yearly agreements with invoicing instead of self-service. Write to support@review-advisor.com.
