By accessing or using Review Advisor's website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
Review Advisor provides NFC-enabled review cards and a digital dashboard that allows businesses to collect customer reviews on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, and HolidayCheck. Our services include card management, analytics, competitor tracking, TripAdvisor integration, and account customization tools.
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Certain services are available on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due. All fees are stated in the currency displayed at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Review Advisor, its users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include: attempting to collect reviews through deception or incentivization in violation of platform guidelines; reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code from our platform; using automated tools to scrape or overload our systems; impersonating any person or entity; and uploading content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes any intellectual property rights.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Review Advisor are the exclusive property of Review Advisor or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Our services integrate with third-party review platforms including Google, TripAdvisor, and HolidayCheck. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and policies. Review Advisor is not responsible for any changes, interruptions, or policies imposed by these platforms that may affect the functionality of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Review Advisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, Review Advisor, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
